The service
Estanza lets you create and edit 3D models of homes and share them. It is provided as-is during early access; features may change as we build.
Your content
Your homes and models are yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display them to you and to anyone you share them with. Exported models are yours to use freely.
Fair use
Do not use Estanza to model properties you have no right to model, to harass anyone, or to attack the service. Asking for changes has a fair-use limit each day. If you reach it, we tell you, and it comes back the next day.
Accounts
Sign-in is by email link. Keep access to your email account safe; anyone with access to your email can access your Estanza account.
Liability
Estanza is a visualization and planning tool. Models are approximations and not construction documents; always verify measurements with a professional before building or renovating.
