"How's it going?", answered before they ask
Post a dated entry, pin it to the room, attach the photos. Your client sees today's work standing in their own kitchen, in 3D, and gets an email when something new lands. Their anxiety drops; you look premium.
The model can advance with the site: "mark the kitchen wall as demolished", typed in plain words, updates the 3D view.
Renovation stages
The whole renovation, as a timeline they can scrub
Save up to ten variants as stages: demolition, rough-in, finishes, the dream extension for next year. The client drags through the stages one by one, or plays them as an animation. Stages beyond the current contract stay visible but marked, so they can already walk through what the next phase buys.
Better than the paper plan
The model keeps what a paper plan leaves out: cable runs, socket positions, pipe paths. Your client's electrician opens the link and sees exactly where everything is.
