What to expect on your own plan
- These three plans carry nothing but walls: no labels, no dimensions, no furniture, no title block. That is the easiest thing you can hand it, and they were drawn that way on purpose.
- On a real sheet it ignores most of the clutter, but anything drawn as heavily as a wall is read as a wall: a legend box, a garden wall, a neighbour's outline. It can cut a wall short where a wide opening breaks it, it never reads doors, windows, rooms or real sizes, and a photo taken at an angle gives it little to hold on to.
- What it will not do is quietly drop a wall you drew. Everything it finds arrives in the editor as a suggestion, and you keep or delete each wall before anything is built.

Is it really free?
Yes, for home users, forever. Building your home, editing it, and living with it on your dashboard costs nothing. Share links carry a small mark on the free plan.
Do I need to scan my house?
No. Draw from nothing or trace a photo of your floor plan. When the iPhone scanning app arrives it will be a shortcut, not a requirement.
Does it work on my phone?
The editor runs in any modern browser, phones included. An iPhone scanning app is on the way.
How does the Home Assistant integration work?
A free card you install from HACS. Paste your home's share link once, bind your lights with the built-in picker (no YAML), and your dashboard draws the house from your own entities.
What happens to my home if I stop using Estanza?
Nothing breaks. Your model is one JSON file that is yours to keep, and you can download it any time, account or not.
